No problem It is a really cool Drawing. Did you use a computer or did you hand draw it??

Uhm, on that Picture I draw lines and furcolor by hand. Then I scanned the picture an made the background in Photoshop. I put another Layer above the picture and made the fur and eyecolor a bit shinier, as well in Photoshop.

That´s all. It didn´t take much time. :>

Practise using MSpaint? Nah, only practise help to get better pictures. Otherwise you should avoid saving in the formats gif and jpg. Use png instead. Aaand... well... I have no ideas. Here on DevArt are tutorials for Paint... just write "tutorial" and hit the search button at the top of the frontpage.
